Manila Unveils Electric Passenger Bikes: The Philippines capital, Manila, has notoriously bad traffic.  And all those cars, buses and motorbikes have taken their toll on the city’s air quality.  The government there has even warned residents that breathing in the air increase their chance of getting respiratory infections. One organization is trying to cut CO2 emissions by taking some of those vehicles off the roads and replacing them with electrified models. Reporter Jason Strother has more.
